Refund and Return Policy
FreeSERP offers subscription-based plans. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
- Eligibility: Refunds apply to first-time purchases and annual plan renewals. Monthly plan renewals are not eligible for refunds once the billing cycle has started.
- Non-Refundable Items: Add-on credits, one-time purchases, and any usage already consumed beyond the free tier are non-refundable.
- How to Request: To request a refund, contact our support team at support@freeserp.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms above.
- Digital Service: As FreeSERP is a digital software service with no physical goods, there are no physical returns. All refund requests are handled electronically.
